The Vacuum Mixer Homogenizer is suitable for manufacturing Ointment/ Pharmaceutical Cream/ Paste etc. . The unit shown is suitable for manufacturing a batch size of 3 - 6 Kgs. & consists of a hemispherical bottom mobile vessel on wheels, jacketed & insulated with water immersion heater. The agitator assembly consists of a high speed rotor stator type homogenizer & an anchor fitted with teflon scrapers. The agitator assembly lifting is hydraulic. A VFD is used to control the speed of the homogenizer & a control panel is provided for semi-automatic operation.
The equipment is suitable to work under vacuum. All contact parts are of SS316 & non-contact parts of SS304. A spare vessel is also provided
